Event Details
A yoga class for all, focusing on linking breath and movement. The practice introduces traditional yoga sequences where one pose "flows" into the next. Perfect for beginners, but leaves lots of room to incorporate more challenging poses for advanced yogis.
For this class ONLY, we will have a special Pose Clinic, from 11:30 a.m. - noon. Want to know more about specific poses and how to approach them? This is the clinic for you. We'll discuss some common poses, their purpose and have an open forum for questions and exploration.
Yoga Flow will begin at noon.
Class led by certified Yoga instructor, Lynn Shepherd. Please bring a mat or towel and water bottle to class. Masks are optional, please maintain social distancing. Class size may be limited due to space available.
