Program Description
Event Details
A yoga class for all, focusing on linking breath and movement. The practice introduces traditional yoga sequences where one pose "flows" into the next. Perfect for beginners, but leaves lots of room to incorporate more challenging poses for advanced yogis.
For this class ONLY, we will have an add-on yoga practice: Nidra Yoga, from 1:05-2 p.m. We will be focusing more on meditation. Please bring a sweatshirt to keep you warm.
Class led by certified Yoga instructor, Lynn Shepherd. Please bring a mat or towel and water bottle to class. Masks are optional, please maintain social distancing. Class size may be limited due to space available.
