Join local yoga instructor Svetlana Nudelman in this virtual yoga class for beginners and intermediate level practitioners. Zoom link will be emailed to participants prior to the class. There is a zoom limit of 100 participants.

Learn the uniquely Chinese dance-like Jian (straight sword) and DaoI (broadsword) forms. The Jian sword form is fairly meditative, while the Daol sword form is quite energetic.
