The votes are in! This month, in honor of Military Appreciation Month, we are screening the movie selected by library patron vote, “War Horse” (2011, rated PG-13): a British youth and his horse develop a powerful bond that endures even on the front lines of WWI. Meanwhile, the horse inspires everyone he meets, from German soldiers to British cavalry and a humble farming family. Starring Peter Mullan, Jeremy Irvine, Emily Watson, Niels Arestrup, and David Thewlis.
