All Pikes Peak Library District locations will close at 6 p.m. on Wed., Nov. 27 and will be closed on Thu., Nov. 28 in observance of Thanksgiving. The eLibrary and other online services and resources will still be available.
Rockrimmon Library will close on Sun., Dec. 1.
Manitou Springs Library is temporarily closed to prepare for its move in early 2025.
Library laptops are available for use in our downstairs meeting room. Library staff will be on hand either to assist with personal projects from job skills to Microsoft Office products, or provide practice materials on computer basics.
Learn the uniquely Chinese dance-like Jian (straight sword) and DaoI (broadsword) forms. The Jian sword form is fairly meditative, while the Daol sword form is quite energetic.

Tweens will make one or two magnets using new bottle caps, drawings or cut-outs from magazines, and epoxy stickers. Tweens will also create their own magnetic poetry set.
Join us for Learn to Sew. In this program tweens and teens learn machine and hand sewing basics. This is a two Part Program where tweens and teens can learn how to make their own zippered pouch.

Speak English groups are informal English language conversation groups for adults with intermediate and advanced English skills. Each group meets once a week for two hours. Classes are free and no registration is necessary.

Tween Twist Thursday is for children 9-12 years old. Make your very own jeweled dragon eggs with push pins and Styrofoam. Keep them warm and they just might hatch!
