Ruth Holley Library will be temporarily closed for approximately one week starting Mon., Dec. 2 to complete roof repairs.

All Pikes Peak Library District locations will close at 6 p.m. on Wed., Nov. 27 and will be closed on Thu., Nov. 28 in observance of Thanksgiving.

Rockrimmon Library will close on Sun., Dec. 1.

Manitou Springs Library is temporarily closed to prepare for its move in early 2025. 

After School Hangout: Bottle Cap Magnets

Event Details

Tweens will make one or two magnets using new bottle caps, drawings or cut-outs from magazines, and epoxy stickers. Tweens will also create their own magnetic poetry set. Finish out the program by having the tweens make and share some short poems with their new set. Ages 8-12.
