A yoga class for all, focusing on linking breath and movement.  The practice introduces traditional yoga sequences where one pose "flows" into the next.  Perfect for beginners, but leaves lots of room to incorporate more challenging pose

Take the first steps into designing graphics for laser cutting. Using Inkscape, a free Vector Graphics Software, we will create custom coaster designs to engrave and cut out of 1/8” wood. Don’t coast on your creativity with a laser engraver!
