Join us for a free yoga class. Certified instructors will take you through a non-heated Vinyasa yoga flow class emphasizing basic poses, correct alignment, and breathing techniques. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat/towel, blocks, and straps. No registration required.
