Event Details
A yoga class for all, focusing on linking breath and movement. The practice introduces traditional yoga sequences where one pose "flows" into the next. Perfect for beginners, but leaves lots of room to incorporate more challenging poses for advanced yogis. This class meets on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month.
Class led by certified Yoga instructor, Lynn Shepherd. Please bring a mat or towel and water bottle to class. Masks are optional, please maintain social distancing. Class size may be limited due to space available.
