Join us for an hour-long gentle flowing practice, perfect for beginning yogis or those who have an established practice. The 2nd Wednesday of each month will be a Yin style practice. Yin yoga seeks to engage stretching and meditation as we find poses that allow for deep relaxation.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat or towel. All experience levels welcome. Please consult your physician prior to participation in this class.
