East Library will begin an elevator modernization project lasting approximately six weeks on Wed., March 12.

The Library will remain open, but the 2nd floor will only have stair access. Visit ppld.org/east-library-improvements for more information.

ATTENTION:

Before registering, please ensure you are able to attend one of the in-person orientation sessions on Tuesday, April 8, 6-7 p.m. OR Wednesday, April 9, 12-1 p.m. at Penrose Library. You must attend in-person orientation to participate in the program and we are unable to offer alternate dates.

LENA Start is an 8-week program that helps parents with children 0-32 months increase back-and-forth talk. Weekly sessions combine videos and group discussion to build knowledge and skills that you can put into practice with your child.
