All Pikes Peak Library District locations will close at 6 p.m. on Wed., Nov. 27 and will be closed on Thu., Nov. 28 in observance of Thanksgiving.  The eLibrary and other online services and resources will still be available.

Rockrimmon Library will close on Sun., Dec. 1.

Manitou Springs Library is temporarily closed to prepare for its move in early 2025. 

Tween Twist: Bird's Nest Treats

Event Details

Participants will make a bird’s nest treat out of Chow Mein noodles and melted chocolate chips and butterscotch chips. There will be egg candies and peeps to go in the nests. They will also make a treat for the birds by tracing and cutting a shape out of cardboard and covering it with Crisco and birdseed. For ages 9-12.
