All Pikes Peak Library District locations will open at 11 a.m. on Fri., Sept. 27 due to an all-staff training.

East Library and book drop will reopen at 9 a.m. on Mon., Sept. 30 following completion of parking lot repairs.

Event Details

Children ages 3 and up, with a favorite adult, experience stories through books, flannelboards, puppets, songs, and activities. This program encourages emerging reading skills by engaging children with shapes, sounds, rhythm, and rhyme in a playful environment. 

We know there are all kinds of kids with all kinds of needs, so if your child might benefit from some sensory accommodations like fidget items or noise-reducing headphones while in the library or at a program, ask at the Children’s Desk for our Sensory Accommodations Kit!
