Join us for an interactive storytime that is especially welcoming for children on the autism spectrum and families who are looking for a smaller, more adaptive library experience. Registration is required.
Peak Autism Services will be available after Sensory Storytime. They would love to answer any questions about autism, ABA therapy, and other resources in the community.
Due to the popularity of this program and to meet fire code requirements for meeting rooms, please arrive early to get a spot. If we are unable to accommodate you for the program, we welcome you to have fun playing in our play spaces.
The Customer Service Desk can provide sensory accommodations items such as fidget toys or noise reducing headphones for your child to use while in the library. If these will benefit your child’s experience visiting the library, please ask about our Sensory Accommodations Kit!
