High Prairie Library will be closed on Fri., June 6 for a water heater replacement. 

The Regional History & Genealogy department will be closed on Sat., June 7 and Sat., June 14 to host the 2025 Pikes Peak Regional History Symposium.

East Library will begin an elevator modernization on Wed., March 12.

Are you pregnant or a new parent and have so many questions? Join Pikes Peak Library District and Nurse-Family Partnership for a six-week series of classes for pregnant and new parents. Classes are every Wednesday at noon. Each week, we will explore a different topic, followed by a Q&A session. 

This is a six-week series. Register for the first session in the series to receive the Zoom link. The same link will be used for each session. 

Week 1: Birth Plan, Labor & Delivery, and First Week  

Week 2: Postpartum: The first six weeks   

Week 3: Sleep and Purple Crying   

Week 4: Breastfeeding   

Week 5: Nutrition and Infant Feeding 

Week 6: Building Your Baby’s Brain from Birth & Fitness During and After Pregnancy
