Microsoft Word has become the most popular word processing program and is a basic component of the Microsoft Office suite of programs. This class is designed to introduce students to the basics of Microsoft Word. Students will learn how to create and save a document as well as make basic adjustments to text such as font, size, color, and alignment. The class meets weekly for four consecutive weeks, 3 sessions that are instructor led and cover material on the given topic and the 4th session that is conducted as an open lab for students to ask questions, take proctored exam, or get more information.
