Description: Join us for an informal session to learn what mindfulness and meditation are, their benefits, and how to start making them a part of your life. We'll start with a few minutes of easy mindful movement, followed by a guided meditation and tips and resources for starting mindfulness and meditation practices. Dress in comfortable clothing and come ready to learn simple ways to be more present in your life.
