Program Description

Event Details

Researching ancestors in the United States before 1850 can be a challenge. Census records contain far fewer names, vital records are less standardized, and time has taken its toll on documents, photographs, and grave markers. Join us to learn strategies, records, and tips to help you dive deeper into your genealogical research.

There is no cost to participate in this virtual class. All registrants will receive an email with a Zoom link upon registration.

Don't want to wait? Download the class handouts from our website, https://ppld.org/genealogy-ppld,  where you can also learn more about PPLD's genealogy resources!
