All Pikes Peak Library District locations will open at 11 a.m. on Fri., Sept. 27 due to an all-staff training.

Manitou Springs Library will open at 10 a.m. on Sat., Sept. 21 due to Pikes Peak Marathon road closures.

East Library will be closed starting Mon., Sept. 16 to complete parking lot repairs.

Event Details

PPLD Adult Education High School Equivalency (HSE) program offers free classes for adults. Using trained instructors, we will help students who need to obtain GED, HiSET, or TASC credentials, which are the alternative to a high school diploma. These classes provide basic skills and self-confidence to pass the exams, obtain or improve employment, and/or begin college.

Registration is required. New students must attend GED/HiSET/TASC Orientation to register and take a placement test. Continuing students who were registered for the last course must contact their Instructor or the Adult Education office (719)531-6333 ext. 6095 or 6451.
