Event Details
Spend time with your littles (crawling to age 12) exploring movement, breathing, and mindfulness in a playful and engaging class taught by a licensed yoga instructor. We will flow through some traditional yoga postures focusing on strength, balance, and fun. Please be sure to check with your health care provider that all participants are ready for a yoga program. Bring a mat/beach towel for each participant. This program will be in our downstairs Children's Programming Room.
We know there are all kinds of kids with all kinds of needs, so if your child might benefit from some sensory accommodations like fidget items or noise-reducing headphones while in the library or at a program, ask at the Children’s Desk for our Sensory Accommodations Kit!
