Culinary Basics and Knife Skills is a multi-day, in-person course that introduces students to the basics of professional and commercial cooking. The program provides hands-on training in the Library 21C kitchen and offers students the opportunity to learn knife skills and fundamental culinary recipes. The program meets for 4 consecutive days and for 3 hours each day. 

Class Dates: Tuesday, September 30th - Friday, October 3rd
Time: 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.
