Description
In this introductory course, we will explore the fundamentals of making pottery. Centering, throwing, trimming, and glazing will be the core focus of this class, with an emphasis on learning how to create the fundamental forms, bowls and cylinders. Other techniques will be learned, such as making handles for mugs and creating surface textures, depending on the interest.
This class is held twice a week for five weeks
