Event Details

Weekly Vinyassa Flow/Power Vinyassa yoga class led by yoga instrutor Megan Conway. This yoga program is for all experience levels. Please bring a mat or towel and a water bottle. No registration necessary. 

Class size may be limited due to space available. Please consult your physician prior to participation in this program.
