Spend time with your littles (crawling to age 12) exploring movement, breathing, and mindfulness in a playful and engaging class taught by a licensed yoga instructor. We will flow through some traditional yoga postures focusing on strength, balance, and fun. Please be sure to check with your health care provider that all participants are ready for a virtual yoga program. Bring a mat/beach towel for each participant.
