Ruth Holley Library will be temporarily closed for approximately one week starting Mon., Dec. 2 to complete roof repairs.

All Pikes Peak Library District locations will close at 6 p.m. on Wed., Nov. 27 and will be closed on Thu., Nov. 28 in observance of Thanksgiving.

Rockrimmon Library will close on Sun., Dec. 1.

Manitou Springs Library is temporarily closed to prepare for its move in early 2025.

Room Reservation Rules

Maximum capacity for each set-up style: 

  • Boardroom (max. 12) 
  • Classroom (max. 12) 
  • U-Shape (max. 20) 
  • Theater (max. 25) 

Meeting Room Policy 

  • Meeting rooms must be in use at least 30 minutes after the reserved meeting start time or the Library may make the room available to other patrons.
  • Rooms can be reserved from 15 minutes after the facility opens to 15 minutes prior to closing.
  • Online and phone reservations must be made 3 days in advance. In-person reservations may be made thereafter.

Reminders

  • Patrons will not be admitted into the meeting room until the start of the reservation. 
  • Any necessary set-up and take-down must be made within the time reserved.  
  • The room must be vacated by the end of the reservation time.

PPLD does not provide technical support. Patrons may reserve a room in advance or schedule a meeting with PPLD staff to test available audio / visual equipment.

Seating

This room is approximately 23’ x 20’ and contains 8 tables and 25 chairs. The number of patrons utilizing the space cannot exceed the room’s capacity. 

  • The group utilizing the room is responsible for setting up tables and chairs. After the meeting, please return the room to the original setting.  
  • Tables and chairs may not block room access or emergency exits. 

 

On narrow displays, the weekly room calendar is wider than the screen. You can side-scroll within this table to view room availability for the whole week.
