Room Reservation Rules
Maximum capacity for each set-up style:
- Boardroom (max. 12)
- Classroom (max. 12)
- U-Shape (max. 20)
- Theater (max. 25)
- Meeting rooms must be in use at least 30 minutes after the reserved meeting start time or the Library may make the room available to other patrons.
- Rooms can be reserved from 15 minutes after the facility opens to 15 minutes prior to closing.
- Online and phone reservations must be made 3 days in advance. In-person reservations may be made thereafter.
Reminders
- Patrons will not be admitted into the meeting room until the start of the reservation.
- Any necessary set-up and take-down must be made within the time reserved.
- The room must be vacated by the end of the reservation time.
Equipment
PPLD does not provide technical support. Patrons may reserve a room in advance or schedule a meeting with PPLD staff to test available audio / visual equipment.

Seating
This room is approximately 23’ x 20’ and contains 8 tables and 25 chairs. The number of patrons utilizing the space cannot exceed the room’s capacity.
- The group utilizing the room is responsible for setting up tables and chairs. After the meeting, please return the room to the original setting.
- Tables and chairs may not block room access or emergency exits.
