Medium sized meeting room with Mondo Pad.
Room Reservation Rules
- Reservations must be made by patrons 18 years or older.
- Reservations may be made 3 months in advance and limited to one reservation per week per room.
- Meeting rooms must be in use at least 30 minutes after the reserved meeting start time or the Library may make the room available to other patrons.
- Rooms can be reserved from 15 minutes after the facility opens to 15 minutes prior to closing.
- Online and phone reservations must be made 3 days in advance. In-person reservations may be made thereafter.
Equipment
- Mondo Pad, a touchscreen computer with video conferencing capabilities.
- Keyboard and mouse are available at the Business Center Desk in front of the Petritz Lab
- Can also be used as a video display for personal computer via attached HDMI or VGA cords
If you plan to use the room’s audio/visual equipment, you are encouraged to set an appointment in advance to test and/or become more familiar with the available equipment. To schedule a time to test the equipment, contact Library 21c staff at 719-531-6333 x7012.

The Ent Conference Center is set in boardroom style for 20.
You may rearrange the tables and chairs for your meeting, but the room must be left in boardroom style for the next meeting.
