Program Description


Learn how to preserve flavorful vegetables. Feel confident and proud to give your homemade pickled vegetables to friends and family!

During this course, you will learn tested and research-based techniques to safely pickle vegetables, covering water bath canning basics to ensure preservation.

The workshop is hands-on and you will be able to take home your very own jar of pickles at the end of class.

All materials will be provided.
