Leadership Program

This program focuses on how 21st century leaders can mobilize their people and other resources to achieve desired organizational results. Participants will examine personal, interpersonal, and organizational effectiveness through the topics of Teams and Teamwork, Organizational Communication, Conflict Management and Employee Motivation.
