Join us for this weekly Vinyasa Flow/Power Vinyasa yoga class led by yoga instructor Megan Conway. This yoga program is for all experience levels.

A yoga class for all, focusing on linking breath and movement. The practice introduces traditional yoga sequences where one pose "flows" into the next.

Email Basic 2

In this lesson, learners will use reply / reply all to send responses to everyone in a group email.  We will also learn how to use forward to send a copy of an email to another recipient. 

Art for Older Adults inspires a sense of self-reliance for older adults, even when the participant is somewhat reliant on a partner to help with materials use.

Join us and experiment with clay at the Sand Creek Library Makerspace in a two-part class.
