A yoga class for all, focusing on linking breath and movement. The practice introduces traditional yoga sequences where one pose "flows" into the next. Perfect for beginners, but leaves lots of room to incorporate more challenging pose

Students will test their engineering and physics skills as they create an indoor mini golf course using a variety of materials. After the course is complete, they’ll play through! For ages 5 and up.
