Each month, we'll create a new quilt block together, drawing from classic American quilt designs. At the end of the year, join your blocks together to create a sampler quilt! In May we will make a Window Pane quilt block..
This program for all ages will help you get started on your own nature journal! A free blank journal and pencil are included. We will be spending time outside around the library garden, so be prepared for spending time outdoors.

Native American Beading culture crosses many tribes and has significant meaning in who we are in our tribes as well as what we believe in within ourselves. Join Ela Diel, a Cherokee native, to learn pieces of the culture and Cherokee ways.
Learn the basics of sewing, including threading the machine, winding the bobbin and basic machine troubleshooting. You will leave the last class with a nautical themed colorblocked zippered pouch and maybe a bonus project or two!
