All Pikes Peak Library District locations will close at 6 p.m. on Wed., Nov. 27 and will be closed on Thu., Nov. 28 in observance of Thanksgiving. The eLibrary and other online services and resources will still be available.

PPLD's Social Worker is hosting open office hours at Calhan Library. Anyone can sit down and chat, no appointment needed.

A yoga class for all, focusing on linking breath and movement. The practice introduces traditional yoga sequences where one pose "flows" into the next. Perfect for beginners, but leaves lots of room to incorporate more challenging pose

Learners will practice how to connect to the internet, recognize hardware that connects computers to the internet, and identify the icons for various internet browsers.
Speak English groups are informal English language conversation groups for adults with intermediate and advanced English skills. Each group meets once a week for two hours. Group meetings are free.
Come stitch in community. Join our knitters, crocheters, piecers, and cross stitchers for an hour of conversation, stitching, help, and tea! Beginners welcome with yarn and needles available for use during session.
