This program gives toddlers an introduction to the delights of rhyme, rhythm, and a few special stories as a first step to reading. (For one and two-year olds and caregivers.) Approximately 20 minutes.

Who is this class for?
Ceramics Certification Workshop is for members who have this level of expertise ceramics:
Babies from birth to 12 months, with a favorite adult, enjoy songs, bouncing action rhymes, and sharing a book together. Each interactive session gives babies the opportunity to hear lots of language and play with other babies.
One and two-year-old children, with a favorite adult, participate in nursery rhymes, music and movement, and listen to a few short books.
Stories and more for children ages 3 and older, with a favorite adult.

The MESO bus is coming to PPLD for All Pikes Peak Makes! MESO is a “science center on wheels" with hands-on educational and research activities focused on earth and space sciences, renewable energy, and scientific instrumentation.
For children of all ages and their caregivers. Talk, sing, read, write, and play together in a format appropriate for young children. Share books, stories, rhymes, music, and movement.

Speak English groups are informal English language conversation groups for adults with intermediate and advanced English skills. Each group meets once a week for two hours. Classes are free. Sign up is required before attending.
Every Wednesday Recover the Fun, an expressive arts recovery support group, will be held at the Manitou Art Center, 513 Manitou Ave, Manitou Springs, CO. (10 minutes from downtown Colorado Springs. Parking available.)
