Support your peers with our adults Connect program! Join us as we discuss challenges in life, questions, or just to sit and listen. The safe space will bring a sense of belonging and encouragement.

One and two-year old children, with a favorite adult, participate in nursery rhymes, music and movement, and listen to a few short books.
Spend time with your children (crawling to age 12) exploring movement, breathing, and mindfulness in a playful and engaging class taught by a certified yoga instructor. We will flow through some traditional yoga postures focusing on strength

Shake those wiggles out and have some fun! This 30-minute program consists of music and movement activities and a story. For ages 2-3 accompanied by a favorite adult.
