A flow-style class intended for all levels of students to improve strength, flexibility, and balance. Breath work and meditative centering activities included. Taught by local yoga instructor Annie Adams.
Speak English groups are informal English language conversation groups for adults with intermediate and advanced English skills. Each group meets once a week for two hours. Classes are free and no registration is necessary.
