Weekly meeting of the marketing team. 

For adults wanting to improve their workplace and every day English language skills. Classes provide instruction in reading, writing, listening, and speaking. Registration is required.

This meeting likely won’t be a full hour every time, but let’s establish some time for us all to chat about Discovery and its progress.

Shake those wiggles out and have some fun! This 30-minute program consists of music and movement activities and a story.  For ages 2-3 accompanied by a favorite adult.

Did you know that block play increases a child's language development? Drop in to build, balance, stack and crash with a variety of different blocks and other educational toys.

These informal gatherings for seniors offer information sharing, networking, discussions and coffee.

All are welcome. No registration required.

Join the Dinosaur Resource Center to learn about dinosaurs and other flying and marine reptiles. Touch claws, teeth, and skulls of these marvelous animals. For ages 5-12.

Ann Lincoln creates a one-woman Renaissance Faire as she imagines what it would be like to be a magical, juggling storyteller. Enjoy laughter, magic, juggling, and live animals in this energetic performance. For all ages.

Children’s staff from around the district lead an art or make project for kids ages 5 - 12. Videos premiere at 10:30 a.m. each week!

This adult group discusses all kinds of subjects such as philosophy, religions, politics, morality, and the common threads among humanity. All are welcome to attend this well-moderated and thought-provoking group.

During Open Hours MAKE @ East is available for patrons to work on their own projects while a trained PPLD staff member is present. Equipment and supplies are available on a first come basis.

Explore and play with your five senses at different activity stations. This is a drop-in program. For ages 0-5.
