Speak English groups are informal English language conversation groups for adults with intermediate and advanced English skills. Each group meets once a week for two hours. Classes are free and no registration is necessary.
During Open Hours MAKE @ East is available for patrons to work on their own projects while a trained PPLD staff member is present. Equipment and supplies are available on a first come basis.

Is math homework getting you down? Are finals freaking you out? Do you need to brush up before the ACT, SAT, or GED? Our experienced math tutors can help you improve your grades and take the stress out of math.
Join us for a free yoga class. Certified instructors will take you through a non heated class teaching basic vinyasa flow poses, with an emphasis on proper alignment and technique.
* To enroll into an ESL (English as a Second Language) class, you need to attend the mandatory orientation.
* Orientation will take TWO to THREE hours to complete. Not necessary to pre-register, just show up.
PPLD Teen Volunteers help children, grades K-5, with reading and other homework needs.
