PPLD Adult Education Tutoring. 

During Open Hours MAKE @ East is available for patrons to work on their own projects while a trained PPLD staff member is present. Equipment and supplies are available on a first come basis.

Join us for a Chair Yoga class, focusing on strengthening and stretching your body while focusing your mind and helping you tap in to your breath. Tapping into our vital Life Force keeps our bodies flexible, strong and healthy.

Young children, with a favorite adult, experience new stories through books, flannelboards, puppets, songs, activities, and crafts. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Shake those wiggles out and have some fun! This 30-minute program consists of music and movement activities and a story.  For ages 2-3 accompanied by a favorite adult.

Mrs. Blake will teach you how to use sgraffito technique to make a Palmer Lake Star tile.  This one hour class is for people age 7 and older.  Registration is required.

Drop in and spend time with your kids (babies - teens) coloring and conversing. Pages and coloring materials suitable for babies through adults provided. No registration necessary.

Join us to celebrate the life and art of Charles Rockey. Artist Ed McKay will present a Tribute to Rockey from 11 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Ed McKay will show the last two portraits of Rockey and talk about Rockey's life, art, and influence.
