A yoga class for all, focusing on linking breath and movement.  The practice introduces traditional yoga sequences where one pose "flows" into the next.  Perfect for beginners, but leaves lots of room to incorporate more challenging pose

This session will provide a basic overview on how to create and modify 3D designs using TinkerCAD, a free browser-based 3D modeling platform.

Join us and learn to use PPLD resources to improve your computer skills. This learning experience consists of three (3) in-person classes.
