A yoga class for all, focusing on linking breath and movement.  The practice introduces traditional yoga sequences where one pose "flows" into the next.  Perfect for beginners, but leaves lots of room to incorporate more challenging pose

Create a pour art masterpiece in the colors of Pride for Pride Month. Instead of using painting tools, you will pour the paint on a canvas and gently move and tilt it to create a pattern.
