A yoga class for all, focusing on linking breath and movement.  The practice introduces traditional yoga sequences where one pose "flows" into the next.  Perfect for beginners, but leaves lots of room to incorporate more challenging pose

Senior Lunch and a Movie

You bring your lunch and PPLD will bring the movie! Join us and other patrons as we enjoy a monthly movie during lunch. Snacks and drinks will be provided. Registration is not required but is encouraged.

Join us and learn to use PPLD resources to improve your computer skills. This is an open lab that patrons can use to set up a Northstar account, take a proctored exam for certification or ask questions. 

Join instructor Anne Dye to learn beginning calligraphy.  In this session participants will learn upper and lower case letters and how to write out a short sentence or phrase.  Registration required.
