One and two-year old children, with a favorite adult, participate in nursery rhymes, music and movement, and listen to a few short books.

Do you have a child between the ages of 0-32 months? Do you wonder how much you talk with your child? LENA Start is a 10-week,  program that will increase your child’s language development.

PPLD's Social Worker is hosting open office hours at Calhan Library. Anyone can sit down and chat, no appointment needed.

Shake those wiggles out and have some fun! This 30-minute program consists of music and movement activities and a story.  For ages 2-3 accompanied by a favorite adult.

Join Pikes Peak Library District and The Colorado School For The Deaf and Blind for a bilingual Storytime! Books will be read in American Sign Language and in spoken English. Afterwards please join us for play time.

For children of all ages and their caregivers. Talk, sing, read, write, and play together in a format appropriate for young children. Share books, stories, rhymes, music, and movement.

The Winter Games will be held in Beijing starting on February 4th, and while you probably can’t travel to China to watch the games, your kids can still be a part of the fun by joining us for some winter sports themed STEM activities. For ages 5-12
