The digital world can feel overwhelming to all of us. This class is designed to introduce students to the basics of using computers. The class assumes no prior knowledge of computers.
Pikes Peak Library District is closed Fri., Jan. 16, for staff development and Mon., Jan. 19, to observe the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday. The eLibrary, as well as other online services and resources, will still be available.
Join us for a monthly book group that meets the fourth Thursday from 10am to 12pm.
Learn the basics of machine sewing and create a simple project. First, we will teach you how to wind a bobbin, thread the machine, and navigate the interface of a computerized sewing machine. Then, learn basic stitches.

You are encouraged to submit this at the class so that we have it on file. You must be at least 9 years of age to be in the makerspaces or to attend this class.
