Poetry Heals brings therapeutic poetry writing to people living difficult lives. We will write together in groups and individually, sharing tools that are positive, effective, portable and affordable.

Come and enjoy a free movie and popcorn. This is a rescheduled showing of The Mule.

During Open Hours MAKE @ East is available for patrons to work on their own projects while a trained PPLD staff member is present. Equipment and supplies are available on a first come basis.

Please join us right after school for a quick hour of B-I-N-G-O!  There will be snacks AND prizes.  No registration necessary, just drop-in and bring your friends!

Join us in the Teen Space where we will provide laptops for your use! Also, Learn to sew your own heart (broken or whole) plushy!  No sewing experience required. All supplies provided. Ages 12-18.

Bring a book, take a book! Bring a book of your own to swap, and leave with a new (to you) book of your choice! Don't have a book to swap? No problem! Every person is guaranteed to leave with a book.
