A yoga class for all, focusing on linking breath and movement.  The practice introduces traditional yoga sequences where one pose "flows" into the next.  Perfect for beginners, but leaves lots of room to incorporate more challenging pose

In this introduction to screen printing you will learn how to take your design or drawing from an idea to a reproducible print. Participants will learn to use the exposure unit, washout station, t-shirt press, and flash unit in this workshop.

Have you ever wanted to 3D print your own designs but not known how to make them? This session will provide a basic overview on how to create and modify 3D designs using TinkerCAD, a free browser-based 3D modeling platform.
