It’s never too early to help your child prepare for success in Kindergarten!

Join us for this event where you can discover fun ideas to enhance your child’s early literacy, aimed at kids ages 0 - 5.

PPLD Adult Education Tutoring. 

Kids can practice reading aloud and improve fluency by sharing a story with one of our lovable Paws to Read Therapy dogs!

During Open Hours MAKE @ East is available for patrons to work on their own projects while a trained PPLD staff member is present. Equipment and supplies are available on a first come basis.

In this 2 hour group badging class, learn how to use PPLD’s laser cutter / engraver machines.

Exploration of the methods and records used in researching your family history. This class includes discussions of:

LEGO enthusiasts of all ages! Join us for our monthly LEGO Build! We’ll provide the LEGOs, you bring the creativity! Open to everyone. Please do not bring your own LEGOs (However, donations are gladly accepted!).

Babies from birth to 12 months, with a favorite adult, enjoy songs, bouncing action rhymes, and sharing a book together. Each interactive session gives babies the opportunity to hear lots of language and play with other babies.

Learn to play the ukulele at the library! If you already play come for a ukulele jam session with other uke players. This program is for beginners and experts alike.

Volunteer at Cheyenne Mountain Library's TAB (Teen Advisory Board)! First Saturdays at 2PM. Work to improve the library experience for teens by providing opinions and ideas!

Participants will have a chance to sign up for WARP and enjoy light refreshments, and mingle with other participants.

Children under 5 years old are invited to a free tumble mat play session in the Children’s Department. Caregivers must be present during session. No registration necessary.
