T he Women's Empowerment Community Circle is a sacred space of deep connection, wisdom, and empowerment, and we cannot wait to connect with you and watch you bloom into your inherent power!
This circle will feature: talking stick style sharing, breath-work, and expressive somatic (body) movements and whatever else comes up for us in the circle. The intention is for every woman to leave the circle feeling energized, refreshed, and empowered in their authenticity.

At circle we will engage in a talking stick style circle, where everyone will share, be truly heard, truly seen, and witnessed in their vulnerability and in accessing their inherent power.
