All Pikes Peak Library District locations will close at 6 p.m. on Wed., Nov. 27 and will be closed on Thu., Nov. 28 in observance of Thanksgiving.  The eLibrary and other online services and resources will still be available.

Rockrimmon Library will close on Sun., Dec. 1.

Manitou Springs Library is temporarily closed to prepare for its move in early 2025.

Event Details

Do you have a child between the ages of 0-32 months? Do you wonder how much you talk with your child? LENA Start is a 10-week, virtual program that will increase your child’s language development. Families will receive a “talk pedometer” that counts the number of words, conversational turns, and electronics your child hears in a day. We will meet weekly to give you tips on how to increase conversational turns. For more information contact Milissa Fellers at mfellers@ppld.org. Pre-registration REQUIRED.
