Program Description
Event Details
Start your 3D printing and designing journey with the PPLD! We will create and print a custom project using Tinkercad, a free, online 3D design software. No previous experience required. Ages 9 and up.
After completing this badging class, you will be able to use the 3D printers on your own during open hours at the makerspaces at East and Sand Creek libraries, as well as Library 21c. If you are unable to attend this badging class or would prefer not to attend in person, an virtual badging option is available.
Makerspace classes can fill up quickly, so it is best to register close to when registration opens. If you are unable to register for this class, you can find other Tinkercad classes at all three makerspaces.
Please set up a free Tinkercad.com account before attending. Tinkercad accounts may take several days for Autodesk Inc. to process. Please create the account after registering and bring your login information to class. PPLD has no control over Tinkercad accounts. All participants must have their own PPLD library card. Please contact one of the makerspaces for more information.

Creative space agreement: Patrons under 18 will need a signed Creative Space Use Agreement for Minors (en español) to use the makerspaces. You are encouraged to submit this at the class so that we have it on file. You must be at least 9 years of age to be in the makerspaces or to attend this class. Children under 13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
